I felt I must write to thank you and all your crew for organising and guiding me on my recent fishing trip.
This was my second fishing holiday arranged through you and I had high expectations based on a very successful first venture. My expectations were not just fulfilled, they were far exceeded.
I spent an initial, exhausting day being well and truly “beaten up” by the Mekong Catfish at Bung Sam Lan followed by three days at a picture postcard venue in Northern Thailand. I had never previously caught a Giant Siamese carp and that species was top of my target list. I was lucky enough to bag two of them there. At 15 and 12 Kgs, although they weren’t heavyweights, they were both beautifully coloured fish in pristine condition and fin-perfect.
Finally, it was a four day stint at Ratchaburi catching various species, predatory and non-predatory culminating in a 65Kg Arapaima with the last cast on the last day with the last piece of bait.
In total I caught 14 different species of fish of which 9 were new species for me.
My itinerary was tailor made by you and everything went like clockwork from flights and airport pick-ups to hotel check-ins and transfers to and from the fishing venues. I had the pleasure of getting to know you better as a fisherman, a photographer, and a friend as well as meeting many other very good “fishing buddies” through you.
I am not going to be able to stay away for long!"
